Today I would like to give information for those who are preparing to leave for Turkey, for those who have in mind to do it and for those who have tried but not you decide to choose. The Turkey has increased exponentially the entrances of visitors over the past 20 years and in 2012 then saw an increase of flights connecting Europe at Istanbul, declaring finally this country as a place of great charm and mixtures of different cultures.
The City Council suspended the Bosphorus, both for its beauty, to see at least once in life, that geographically speaking, because suitable for the first leg of your trip in Turkey. How to choose your flight: on all airlines, Turkish Airlines, the national airline of Turkey, slightly expensive but also the cheap Pegasus Airlines figure well and in August there are still flights to just over 300 euros.
The best way to explore the city is definitely turn walk, every street is a sign of various historical epochs that have been and are the best examples of Byzantine art and architecture. You can see tanks and Byzantine churches, Ottoman hamam and mosques, you can wander around the imperial palaces and pavilions or browse the fantastic Grand Bazaar, the commercial heart of the city. After visiting the beautiful Istanbul, you can move to Goreme, a small and pretty town located in Cappadocia, surrounded by the famous fairy chimneys. To do this you can rent a car, which remains the best solution, or you can outsource, saving much, local transport.
To reach the Cappadocia from Istanbul takes roughly ten hours, with a night bus, at a cost of 30 euro, made by Metro Turizm or Nevsehir Seyahat, arriving the next day and sleeping, there not even aware of the long journey. A Goreme you will find accommodation to suit all budgets, and from here you can admire the White Valley, frescoed churches and especially the incredible fairy chimneys. Serves then a long time to visit at least one of the beautiful underground cities: Kaymakli, Derinkuyu, Ozluce, Guzelyurt and Ozkonak, which is the least stormed by tourists. How not to resist to the countless gastronomic temptations? Obviously you can't eat kebab, then to burek, a sort of puff pastry layers filled with meat, cheese or vegetables, then dolme, sarme and manti.
